Women, do yourself a favor and take this class! Highly recommended for young ladies from 10 years old and up.... and especially those of you heading off to college! I consider it part of your college-prep!

He shows you ways to prevent yourself from being overwhelmed by an attacker...30% lecture and 70% practice...it's a single 4 hour session with breaks. It is the best 4 hours you will spend! Lots of good information and tips on things to be aware of.

Moms, this is a great class to get across the message you keep telling your daughters! They hear it from a man who knows.

We put together our own group (12-20 people) or you can join his regularly scheduled classes...It is well worth it!
